Delhi Daredevils Team 2016
Delhi Daredevils Team 2016
Delhi Daredevils is one of those teams which always looks strong on paper but do not perform in the ground. It’s been so many seasons of IPL and Champions League Twenty20 and still Delhi Daredevils has never been into the finals. The team always gets a good start during the league matches but somehow they don’t reach semifinals or finals. The team had some big names in the past like Virender Sehwag, T. Dilshan, AB de Villiers and despite these big names, Delhi had still not left any mark on the tournament.
Delhi Daredevils was purchased by GMR Group for $84 million and the team is currently coached by former Indian coach, Gary Kirsten. Feroz Shah Kotla is their primary home ground while Raipur International Cricket Stadium is their secondary home ground. The team is still struggling to find its captain and there is no confirm news on who will be captaining the team. IPL has never been a good place for Delhi Daredevils as they always find their place at the bottom of the points table.

Although previous season of IPL were not good for Delhi Daredevils but presence of Yuvraj Singh in the team will surely change the game for team. It is also expected that Yuvraj Singh will be the captain of the side. It is due to Yuvraj Singh that Delhi Daredevils are looking strong to win IPL 2016.

Gujarat Lions Team 2016
Gujarat Lions Team 2016,
The new team from Gujarat in IPL is famous for all the right reasons as it picked up SURESH RAINA, the impeccable all rounder who can turn any game on its head. The precious left hander batsman has the capability to launch into big shots and smother the opposition bowling. Rajkot Lions would be a challenge in the bowling department Headed by James Faulkner. He is equipped with the capability to bowl perfect Yorkers and the slower ones to stifle the batsmen at the end of the innings.
RAJKOT LIONS is a force to reckon with due to the inclusion of all rounder. The surprise package of the team is SHIVIL KAUSHIK, the rookie left arm spinner who can torment the batsmen due to his unusual action. He can be introduced in the middle of the over to create havoc and brighten the chances of the team to win the match. Inclusion of players such as MCCULLUM in the squad is a shot in the arm of the middle order because on his day, the batsman is a match winner.
The spin bowling department will have more teeth with the arrival of RAVINDRA JADEJA. If the pitch is suitable for spin bowling, no batsman can handle the moving ball from the all rounder. In addition, he is a valuable lower order batsman who can easily alter the scoring rate with his swashbuckling knocks. The stint with Chennai Kings has proved that SIR JADEJA is no mug with the bat and can tear the bowling apart irrespective of its quality.

Openers in the form of Finch and DWAYNE SMITH can provide solid start to the innings however the only weak link might be DINESH KARTIK, the wicket keeper. He is not in a good form in recent times and might have to be at the bench.
Chennai Super Kings Team 2016
Chennai Super Kings Team 2016
There is no doubt in the fact that Chennai Super Kings is the most successful team of the IPL. It is the only IPL team after Mumbai Indians which have won both the Indian Premier League (IPL) and Champions League Twenty20, not once but twice. He is currently the highest run scorer of IPL and is the only Player who scores over 400 runs in every season of IPL. In IPL 2016, CSK is considered as the strongest contender for the IPL trophy.
Rajasthan Royals Team 2016
Rajasthan Royals Team 2016
Rajasthan Royals is the same team which was considered as the weakest team of the first edition of IPL but they emerged as victorious. Rajasthan Royals won the first ever edition of IPL thanks to some brilliant captaincy by legendary Shane Warne. The team is co-owned by Jaipur IPL Cricket Private Ltd, Manoj Badale, Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra.
Although, the team did won the first IPL, but after that it is still trying to search for their lost form. Apart from first IPL, Rajasthan Royals never reached the semifinals of any of the IPL season. However, they were the runner up of Cricket League Twenty 20 2013. The best thing about Rajasthan Royals is that they always try to nurture hidden talent. They always pick uncapped players and they have a tradition of unearthing amazing talent. The team is nicknamed as Moneyball team of IPL due to their emphasis on buying players at cut-throat prices.
The team is captained by Shane Watson who is also the leading run scorer of the team and it is coached by Paddy Upton. Rahul Dravid is playing the role of chief mentor for the team. Rajasthan Royals have two home ground where Sawai Mansigh Stadium is their primary home ground and Sardar Patel Stadium is their secondary home ground.

There is no doubt that Rajasthan Royals has the capability of changing the complete game and they also did it once. However, if previous record is to be checked, the team is not been able to pick up their lost pace and consistency. They are not a big threat for IPL trophy but should also not be taken lightly as this time, they have nothing to lose.
